Dr. Martin Fine is a distinguished physician leader in the field of radiology. He is a principal investor in CD Healthcare Infrastructure Partners and a part of CD Healthcare’s Physician Advisory Committee, which plays a vital role in investment pipeline screening.

He is a Neuroradiologist with extensive clinical and leadership experience in medicine. He has served as the Physician Chair of Radiology at NYC Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst for over 20 years and as an Associate Professor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. In these roles, he was responsible for the clinical and technical operations of the department, spearheaded many space planning and renovation projects, and was familiar with regulatory and siting requirements for complex medical equipment.

Amongst other leadership positions, Dr. Fine was the President of the Mount Sinai Elmhurst Faculty Practice Plan, a 500-physician multispecialty group, where his transformation efforts resulted in a sustained increase in profitability of more than 60 percent.

In addition to his board certifications in Diagnostic Radiology, Interventional Radiology, and Neuroradiology, he earned an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and is a Certified Physician Executive.
