Our Team

Dr. Lee Winter is a distinguished physician leader in the field of anesthesiology. Previously, Dr. Winter was a founding partner and member of the clinical leadership team at North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA), which led over 5,000 anesthesiologists at one point.

While at North Shore University Hospital, he was a member of the Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology team specializing in heart and lung procedures. He also served as a member of the Strategic Planning Committee of NAPA and Chair of the Economics Affairs committee of the New York State Society of Anesthesiologists.

Dr. Winter served as the Department Chair of Anesthesiology at New York Downtown Hospital (now known as NYP Lower Manhattan Hospital). He was able to initiate a process improvement program that served to increase operating room efficiency and caseload by over 20%.

Dr. Winter supports CD Healthcare’s health system and business development endeavors. Dr Winter is also a member of the Physician Advisory Committee, an integral part of investment pipeline screening.

In addition to his medical degrees, Dr. Winter earned an MBA from the Columbia Business School.
