A proven and tested executive in healthcare and financial services, David joined Novant Health in 2006, as Senior Vice President for Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Construction. Novant Health is one of the largest health systems in North Carolina and South Carolina.

At Novant Health, David was responsible for the growth within the real estate, design, construction, property maintenance, plant engineering, public safety, and corporate transportation functions.

David was accountable for acquiring, developing, and constructing eight greenfield hospital locations, three currently in design and development. He has been involved in more than $1.5 billion in construction, with another half billion dollars in the process, and developing a 20-year master plan for the organization’s significant campuses.
