Dr. Dale Anderson has led CDHIP’s health system outreach and business development endeavors and is an integral part of CDHIP’s Physician Advisory Committee. Dr. Dale Anderson has over 30 years of experience in the clinical and management aspects of healthcare. He was a Managing Partner in North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) – a large group practice based in New York for many years. He also served as Chairman of the Board, overseeing 300 clinicians and clinical departments in 10 hospitals and numerous outpatient facilities.

As Managing Partner, Dale worked closely with administrators and C-Suites of hospitals and outpatient facilities to help them meet clinical, financial, and compliance challenges while achieving the vision and missions of their institution within a rapidly changing healthcare industry, with a focus on clinical metrics, changing payor mix and increased labor costs.

Before his role as MP, Dale served as the Department Chair of Anesthesiology for the WB General Hospital. Dale received his BS from Penn State University and MD from Temple University.
