Our Team

Mr. Greer co-founded this company with Clare Duan, the CEO of CD Healthcare Infrastructure Manager LLC.

Mr. Greer has over three decades of experience in real estate investment and finance and serves with several private investment management companies. Mr. Greer is an Eccles Investment Management Corporation officer, an affiliate of Eccles Management Company LLC, and a manager of Orbex Manager LLC, an affiliate of Orbex Holdings LLC. Mr. Greer is an officer of Ilex Management Ltd, the general partner of Ilex Partners (Asia) LP. Mr. Greer was co-founder and manager of the general partner of Real Estate Capital Asia Partners LP, an Asia ex-Japan private equity real estate fund, beginning in late 2004 (fund ended 2013), and from 1999 to 2004 was affiliated with Westbrook Partners, a real estate investment management program.

For a quarter-century before, Mr. Greer was a lawyer in private practice focusing on investment, corporate, real estate finance, and securities matters, most recently with Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP.

Mr. Greer received an AB from Harvard College and a JD from Harvard Law School.
